MMS Machines accepts free returns within 90 days after delivery. This applies when you change your mind or receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

How to request and send a return
- Contact contact@mmsmachins.com or call +1 (737) 244-0926 within 90 days after delivery. Include your order number, the item, and the reason for the return.
- We provide a prepaid return label and instructions, including the correct return destination. Please contact us before sending any item back.
- Pack the item securely with its supplied parts and accessories, and send it using the label and carrier instructions provided by MMS. For oversized or heavy products, we coordinate prepaid return freight at no cost to you.
You do not pay return shipping, restocking fees, or return processing fees. Return shipping costs are not deducted from your refund.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Contact us with your order number and a description of the problem. Photos of the item and packaging can help us resolve the issue. MMS covers the return transport cost and will assist with the return and refund process.
Inspection and refunds
We inspect your return upon receipt and issue your refund to the original payment method within 7 calendar days after receiving the returned item. The inspection is included within that period. We notify you when the refund is issued.
Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the credit. If 7 calendar days have passed since we received your return and you have not received a refund confirmation, contact us.
Order cancellations
Contact us promptly if you wish to cancel. If the order has not shipped, we cancel it and issue a full refund. If it has already shipped, you can use our free return process.
